Our Managing Partners
Bart Anderson | Managing Partner
Bart is the founder and managing partner of SAE Capital Partners, LLC a privately held, multi family investment company. Following a successful career in Corporate America as a business unit CFO, Bart initially gained his experience in real estate investing in a portfolio of single family assets, and quickly saw the potential in the industry to scale into the multi-family space. Bart is proficient in operational and financial excellence which has been critical in mitigating investment risks, identifying investment opportunities, and developing strategic operating plans that have optimized investor returns. Bart is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and lives in Atlanta Georgia with his wife, Elaine, and two children, and two dogs.
Elaine Anderson | Managing Partner
Elaine is a managing partner and acquisition specialist at SAE Capital Partners and is an experienced realtor, most recently recognized for being in the Top 10% of sales at Century 21. Throughout her career, Elaine has specialized in "the hunt" to find good deals and has an extensive network of relationships to source new and qualified investment opportunities. To date, she has helped her clients acquire more than $15M in real estate. Elaine lives in Atlanta along with her husband, Bart the founder of SAE Capital, her two children, and her two dogs.
